Introducing the Adobe Flyer dragon boat crew! We rocked the waters and snagged the division D crown last year at the Dragon Boat Festival. We loved it so much, we registered an official dragon boat club at Adobe! Now, we're stoked to paddle back in, ready to bring the heat and win big!

The ALmighty Dragons was founded by the Air Liquide Asian Diversity Network, ALADN, which is a Business Resource Group committed to bringing awareness to the rich heritage and diverse; broad spectrum of Asian cultures, promoting employee engagement through networking and community service; and driving business results through leadership development and mentorship opportunities. Air Liquide was founded in 1912 and is the world leader in gases, technologies and services for industry and health.

We have gathered forces between Latinos@Amazon, Asians@Amazon, BEN, and other affinity groups to form a team of brand new, highly motivated paddlers looking to have fun and give everything we’ve got!

The Chinese American Biopharmaceutical Society (CABS) is a non-profit organization for professionals in the life sciences industry, headquartered in San Francisco, California. We are currently serving over 3000 members and subscribers in US, China and Pacific Rim countries. We organize year-round programs including scientific workshops, business forums, mentorship program, social and networking events.

Dnata Dragons team is a very enthusiastic group of Professionals who works for Dnata Catering. What do we do? When you take a flight anywhere, you see the little carts that the flights attendants move on the plane? We are the company filling out those carts, we prepare all the food that is served during Flights to you! We cater to airlines like Emirates, Qatar, Turkish, Singapore, among others. We are very proud of what we do and we want to make sure we understand our customers’ needs, concerns and joys. We are present in 60 global locations. Over the past years, we’ve expanded our operations across the USA, Canada, the UAE and the UK and continue to invest in new opportunities as we look to better serve our loyal customers. This is the very first time that a Dnata group participates in a fun activity like this Bay Area Dragon Boat Novice Race, so we are very proud and excited to be the pioneers for our company!

Dragon ATTack is a diverse team of AT&T employees, retirees, and friends who enjoy the sport of dragon boat racing. We are proud to represent our sponsor InspirASIAN (an AT&T Employee Group).

ASPE San Francisco Chapter: This team is comprised of engineers and designers and others associated with all things plumbing in Northern California. These individuals have worked on projects from Schools/Universities, Hospitals, Tech Campuses, Office Buildings, Sports Venues, Bio Pharmaceutical campuses and High-rise buildings. As a first time entry to this Dragon Boat event, we are excited to build comradery with other organizations outside of our community.

Born and bred in the vibrant neighborhood of Channel Street in Mission Bay, we're a squad of misfits brought together by our shared love for testing the waters and an unyielding spirit for victory. The Channel Street Cats are poised to make a virgin splash at the BAD Novice Dragonboat Race! Watch out, here come the Cats!

We are the Orion MI Stars - a passionate group of parents and teachers from Orion Alternative & Mandarin Immersion (MI) Elementary School in Redwood City. We are committed to celebrating diversity of culture and work to support Chinese language, heritage, and culture in our children’s experience. We are excited to participate in our school’s first dragon boat race so our children can experience this great tradition!

Now, we've risen up to become pirates, leaving the virtual world behind for the thrill of dragon boat racing. With our straw hats, parrots, bandanas, and a spirit of adventure, we aim to claim WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER with determination and unity. Our ultimate ability is manual ingenuity, making us unstoppable on the water. Join us as we navigate this new frontier, where the only codes we care about are the ones that bring us closer as a team. Nevro is a medical device company headquartered in Redwood City, California. Starting with a simple mission to help more patients suffering from chronic pain, Nevro’s continuous drive and dedication has resulted in a new therapy that has advanced the state of spinal cord stimulation (SCS). Nevro is Dragon Boat Team comprised of exuberant employees who are ready to bring the Nevro competitive spirit to the paddling community! Paddles up!

This is a team of Asian alumni and friends from Washington University in St. Louis. We are a group of foodies that had trouble losing weight for this dragon boat race, but our WashU spirit will fuel us and lead us to victory !

Watery Doing?!

"Do you want to do the dragon boat novice race this year?" Donna asked. "Sure, it'll be fun!" said Eric, blissfully unaware of the effort needed to organize a team. And so the team was formed of friends from all over the Bay - some dog parents, some cat parents, some parent parents...some pottery friends, some high school friends, some friends of friends, and truth be told...very few athletic friends. A team of true novices, all brought together with a simple promise of "it'll be fun!" Inexperienced though they may be, when asked "watery doing?!", they will all respond enthusiastically "dragon boat!"

We Be Dragon is Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory Employee Services Associations’ critical mass of novice paddlers. The team fuses fun, water and networking into an explosive burst of paddling fury.

The Wenzhou WuMa Dragon Team consists of athletic members from the Silicon Valley Wenzhou Chamber of Commerce (SVWCC). SVWCC has members from over 100 technology firms in silicon valley. Wenzhou people is a group of Oujiang Wu Chinese speaking peoples in Wenzhou, Zhejiang province. Wenzhou people are known for their business and money making skills. Wenzhounese people have also made notable contributions to mathematics and technology.

The Workday Dragon Boat team started in 2019. Over the years, we have expanded with enthusiastic workmates who have a love for the sport of dragon boat. Each year, we aim to continue our growth and compete against others in this fun and competitive annual event. Go Workday!
